Escapade Productions, Inc. dba Escapade Adventures of Seattle, Washington and its agents act only in the role of agent for customers pertaining to accommodations, activities, and transportation by plane, ship, train, bus, automobile or any other means of transport and is not be liable for any injury, accident, damage, loss, delay or irregularity caused by neglect or default of any company or person engaged in transportation of passengers, housing of participants, or supplying of services in conjunction with any travel planned by Escapade Adventures.

Neither Escapade Adventures nor its agents are to be held responsible for the closing of, access to, or accommodations due to weather conditions, which may impact travel operations. Nor are they to be held liable for any additional expense, consequence, or inconvenience resulting from the above outlined conditions. Escapade Adventures will not be liable for a payment of refund for unused housing, meals, or activities caused by late arrival, sickness, weather, or injury. All Escapade Adventures pricing is based on prices in effect at the time of the booking and are subject to reconfirmation when final payments are made. All prices are in US dollars, unless otherwise specified.

Pursuant to state law, a number of details will be presented to you on our invoices and travel documents. They will include our WA State registration number, complete cancellation policy, deposit and payment policies, travel package inclusions, and supplier information used for each trip; such as transportation companies, hotels, rental cars, etc. We will always make a diligent effort to be as clear and concise as possible, in addition to complying with state law. This statement is required by the state of WA: If transportation or other services are cancelled by the seller of travel, Escapade Adventures, all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not performed between the seller of travel and the purchaser will be refunded within 14 business day of receiving the funds from the vendor/supplier with whom the services were arranged.
